No, unlike other Shared Linux hosting packages (cPanel, DirectAdmin, or Plesk), Elastic Cloud VPS plans do not offer a money-back guarantee.
In the case of our Elastic VPS services, we mainly use the VI-1 and FA-1 Data Centers located in Virginia (USA) and Falkenstein (Germany).

FA-1 is the second of the two Data Centers available for deploying some of our services in Europe; in fact, a large part of our European bare metals are currently hosted in this German location.
