No, unlike other Shared Linux hosting packages (cPanel, DirectAdmin, or Plesk), Elastic Cloud VDS plans do not offer a money-back guarantee.
In the case of our VDS services, we mainly use the VI-1 and FA-1 Data Centers located in Virginia (USA) and Falkenstein (Germany).
The Virginia Datacenter is an ideal gateway for the Latin American public due to their excellent benefits and enormous connectivity to South America, as well as being a strategic pole for the American public (USA).
FA-1 is the second of the two Data Centers available for deploying some of our services in Europe; in fact, a large part of our European bare metals are currently hosted in this German location.
